 IMPIUS, LDA. is dedicated to e-commerce of fashion items, art and decoration design, through the website WWW.IMPIUS.PT.  The site is registered and owned by IMPIUS - The good side of Life, LDA.  


IMPIUS -The good side of Life, Lda. is a company registered in Portugal, with headquarters in the Street Dr. Fernando Miranda nº 2, 2º esq., 4520-226 Santa Maria da Feira, Aveiro, with VAT number 514961716, herein referred to as IMPIUS.

The terms and conditions together with the privacy policy comprise the conditions of usage, sales, including the register, the order and the access to the products on sales promotion at our website WWW.IMPIUS.PT.  They are applicable for any user who is visiting or making orders on our web site.


Please read carefully the following terms and confirm that you agree on it, before to use our services. In case you do not agree, please do not use the services.

IMPIUS promotes and offers through the  website WWW.IMPIUS.PT the possibility to search and buy products, gathering at the same place a variety of brands, designers and artists in three different areas: fashion referred to as “Fashion”, decoration, referred to as “Design” and art referred to as “Art”.


IMPIUS keeps the user updated about the products, anytime there is an information presented by the brands /designers/artists and does not take any responsibility for the information provided.


IMPIUS realizes and coordinates the delivery of products and provides after sales service related to them, as well as support to the brands/designers/artists.


IMPIUS does not take any responsibility regarding the products presented to the website.


IMPIUS website is functional for search and purchasing 24 hours a day, 7 days during the week.


IMPIUS does not take any responsibility for damages to the user/consumer as a result of the Internet usage, due to interferences, external intrusions, interruptions, anomalies provoked by viruses, service interruptions, disconnections, damages in the information system or other cases caused by external forces.

``User´´ is defined as any person older than eighteen (18), who is using the site and/or who is creating an IMPIUS user account. 


In order to be able to purchase on IMPIUS, the user needs to register and provide for this purpose some personal data such as name, e-mail and address. In order to configurate their IMPIUS account the user might use the login in data from third party services such as Facebook. These details are approved by us and we need to be given the permission to access.


It is extremely important that the user confirms that their personal information will always be updated, complete and correct, so that they take responsibility for their personal account and the information that it contains. They should also make sure about the safety of their password. IMPIUS will use this information in conformity with the Privacy Policy of IMPIUS.


By using the IMPIUS services on the website, the user declares:

That they read and agreed with the present terms and conditions;

That they are at least eighteen years old and/or up;

That they will not use the website for fraud, which opposes the law and the good manners


That they accept that any conflict with the consumer will be regulated by the Portuguese legislation, without any opposite legal prejudice, community directive or international treaty.



All the products presented and commercialized on the website, are organized within the respective sections in each category, novelties, or collections. The product features can be seen at the field ``Details´´ of each product, with description, size, dimensions and graphic presentation.




IMPIUS will be most rigorous with the product descriptions, content of information provided by the brands and/or designers and artists, as IMPIUS cannot guarantee the complete reliability of the information.




The user must read carefully the product description, and in case of doubts contact IMPIUS by the following e-mail  hello@impius.pt, or through the form for each product, by selecting the link ``Ask a question about this product´´.




The pictures on the website are kept originally as they are in their aspect and colors, as all the pictures are used for depiction purposes. The color might defer however from the real ones, but IMPIUS does not take any responsibility for this type of differences.




In case the purchased products are not in conformity with the description, the client can always get reimbursed. For more information, please consult the section  "Cancelations, Returns and Exchanges" .





 IMPIUS is an economic operator T0473.0 under the activity title of jewelry retailer without establishment - website – nº 004220/2018/CPO.


All the products considered as jewelry are legally branded, when there is a law applicable, with a brand/designer/artist responsible for the branding.  The user can check all the details, information or description of the metal/metals, typical features, weight, and other details that define them, next to the goods within the section of  "Description"  that appears for all products.

IMPIUS will be as most rigorous as possible with the description of products, although the information is provided by the brands and/or designers and artists, and IMPIUS cannot completely guarantee the information itself and its reliability.


The user can check and access the fine jewelry chart by opening the following link of the body INCM (The Portuguese Mint and Official Printing Office) https://incm.pt/portal/uco_marcas.jsp.

To make an order on the website IMPIUS, it is necessary for the user to create a personal account register, so that they can only do the log in when they enter the web site.




To make an order, the user needs to search and find the product(s) that they have the intention to purchase and include them in the "Shopping Bag". The user can search their products per category, type or kind of good, price among other filters that could be available when navigating the purchasing area.   




The items with or without filter appear in the purchasing area and the user can visualize it going through the web site.




When the user selects an item, they can visualize the photo of the item (there is a photo for each item), as well as the description and details, stock availability and sizes, among other information everything available in "Product Details".




The items can be added to "Shopping Bag" if the user intends to purchase the selected products or can add this to  "Wish list" that would permit later purchasing.




The user also has the option to select an item and add this to comparison list of items, in order to analyze the features of each items, with the possibility to compare up to three products at the same time.




After selecting the items, the user shall select "Continue" and follow up will be required during the purchasing process for the invoice details: the VAT ID number "VAT", "Invoicing Address", "Delivery Address" and  "Phone Number "and the desired payment method in order to continue.



All personal data are integrated in the database of IMPIUS within the Privacy Policy Terms of IMPIUS.




The user needs to revise all the details of the order and data introduced and to continue, select "Confirm".  






When the user confirms the order, they shall receive an order confirmation e-mail with the details regarding the selected payment method. However, the order request will be accepted only after IMPIUS verifies the payment confirmation, as well as the stock availability for delivery with the brand, designer or artist.



After payment verification, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail.



In case there is no stock availability from the designer/artist/brand, the client shall be informed by e-mail and be presented a solution by IMPIUS.



As soon the order is conformed, the user shall accept the purchasing terms and conditions, and the privacy policy described and available on the web site of IMPIUS.



The order will be delivered by the logistics operator / forwarder to the delivery address indicated by the user during the purchasing process and within the order form. The order will be accompanied with the respective invoice.  



Within the user account area with the website access, will be available a history of all orders and purchasing details.





IMPIUS is authorized by the brands, designers and artists that represents to the web site and cooperates with, to receive the payment of the selected items through the website of IMPIUS;


The payment methods featured on the website of IMPIUS are:

Multibanco (ATM) Reference


Bank Transfer




IMPIUS does not accept any other method of payment apart from the methods previously mentioned and cannot be considered responsible for any loss or other damage in case the user wants to pay with another method/mode that is not specified within the payment methods.






IMPIUS reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders in the following situations:


●         If the product is not available, or no longer on stock;


●         If the payment has not been done in accordance with the available options on IMPIUS website;


●         If the payment has not been confirmed;


●         If IMPIUS cannot recognize the bank transfer for the order payment within a five-day period after order acceptance;


●         If the invoicing data and/or delivery address have not been correct or viable;


●         If it has not been possible to deliver to the delivery address provided by the user;


●         If there is a pricing error.






The order dispatch for addresses in Portugal (Continental), the Azores Islands and Madeira has a cost and can be checked in the order form of  "Shopping bag". The value is available and / or updated only when the user fills in the complete address.


The dispatch for Europe has an associated cost that can be verified within the order form of ``Shopping Bag´´. The value is available and / or updated only when the user fills in the complete address.


The dispatch outside of Europe has an associated cost that can be verified within the order form of ``Shopping bag´´. The value is available and / or updated only when the user fills in the complete address. It is possible that a payment of additional cost occurs in the country of dispatch

All prices presented on the web site of IMPIUS have a VAT (Value Added Tax) value, except when there is a different arrangement. Detailed information about the value of the product tax, transportation, discounts and other situations can be found in the order form before to proceed with the payment.


The total VAT value will be included in the respective invoice issued for the user.


All the prices are given in EUR currency (€).


Although IMPIUS is making efforts to secure price accuracy, an error might occur for some products. In this case the user will be contacted before the order delivery so that the order can be confirmed or canceled without any costs.


The prices available on the website can be altered without any previous alert. The prices presented in the process of dispatch are the prices applicable for the given order.


The change of a country of dispatch can influence the prices due to various transport costs.  The customs charges relating to the country of order delivery shall be covered by the client.


The total amount specified in the moment of order confirmation includes the taxes of the country of origin (Portugal) and the costs of sending.


When issuing the payment, the user shall only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.

The estimated delivery date for the products will be indicated in an order confirmation e-mail. IMPIUS takes care to always respect the delivery dates.


The products are always being directly sent from the stores/the warehouses of the brands/designers/artists or IMPIUS facilities, the delivery time being  calculated after payment and the time to prepare/produce in working days is being considered, adding to this the estimated transport time: 4 to 5 working days for Portugal, 5 to 8 days for Europe and 10 to 20 days for the rest of the world. However, due to events outside of IMPIUS control, alterations or delays might occur.


The delivery time can vary depending on product availability and the delivery address. If the user purchases items of various brands or designers, can occur that they receive the orders separately by brand.


The order can be traced trough a tracking number that is sent by e-mail, as soon as the logistics operator receives the order for delivery, entering the link for this purpose.


The orders sent by the users are being processed from Monday until Friday from 09 hours until 19 hours, excluding holidays, as well as the days and hours of the logistics company for the delivery address indicated by the user.


The delivery service does not allow booking. The order delivery shall be done during the indicated time frame without any contact by the transporter, for which is necessary somebody to be present at the address of delivery.


In case of transporters´ unavailability to deliver the products on the indicated date, the user will be contacted and informed about another delivery date.


The user should verify their order in the moment of delivery by the transporter. The user should check the packaging in order to make sure that there are no damages. If there is any damage, the delivered order should not be accepted and will be returned. The user should immediately report this situation to IMPIUS, if possible by sending pictures and all possible evidence that should be reported by the e-mail customercare@impius.pt, and in case of agreement IMPIUS will proceed by resending the order without any cost for the user, always with a confirmation of the availability by the Brands or Designers. In case they want, the user can cancel the order and will be reimbursed the full amount paid.


In case the user does not receive their order within a time frame of ninety days from the moment the order payment has been issued they should report the situation to customercare@impius.pt. After the expiry of the given time frame, IMPIUS will not hold responsibility for any delivery loss.


The delivery is considered done, with a delivery signature by the transporter at the given delivery address.  


In case the user wants to cancel their order, it is possible to do it without any costs, before processing the order for delivery by the brand. In case of intention to cancel the order, our customer care service shall be contacted immediately, and ask for order cancelation through the following e-mail customercare@impius.pt, which is a mandatory process to proceed with the cancelation request.


In case the cancelation request is sent before to start the delivery process, the user will receive a notification e-mail to confirm the cancelation.


In case it is not possible to cancel the order processing, they can proceed to refund, declining any reception. The items will be returned and after reception, the chargeback will be processed, or the value to receive will be deducted from the delivery cost.  



The user can return the order for any motive, as given within the following examples:

Defective item;

Damages caused during transportation;

Customized products;

Items they don´t like;



The returned items shall be directly sent to the brand or designer facilities, without any cost for the user, from the moment they proceed to returning the ordered goods, fourteen days after reception if:

The goods have not been used, washed, or damaged;

The labels are kept as they were originally provided and unmodified, as well as the original features;

The goods are complete;

All the material accompanying the order should be returned.


We recommend that if you have any intention to return your order, to kindly inform us your intention within seven days after order reception using the following e-mail customercare@impius.pt, by indicating the items that you wish to return including invoice details.


The user should wait for our reply with the return instructions.


As soon as the returned item has been received by the brand and the compliance with our return policy has been verified, the user will receive the reimbursement with the same method that he used to do the purchase.


In the case of return of a product that has defects or noncompliance, the return of these items needs to be informed to IMPIUS through the e-mail: customercare@impius.pt within three days after order reception, and with photo evidence. If your claim is justified, the value paid will be reimbursed, after sending it to the brand´s/designer´s facility without any costs for the user. The user shall wait for our reply with the return instructions.


IMPIUS has reserved the freight to refuse any returns or reimbursement of damaged or used items, with visible signs of being used, washed or transformed.


After reception of the returned product IMPIUS shall analyze with the brand or designer and/or artist in order to confirm its maintenance, and when possible, will reimburse within ten days the amount paid by the user, without any costs.  


In case of return for motives that defer from any justified defect or noncompliance, the user shall consider that IMPIUS will not proceed to any return/reimbursement of the delivery costs that were covered initially.

IMPIUS has as its objective to continuously improve its services and client attendance, searching to resolve any situation or claim within a maximum delay of five days, inviting the user to address to the following e-mail customercare@impius.pt.

The items benefit from a conformity guarantee predicted within the legislation applicable for consumer goods and the personal brand directives.

IMPIUS shall dedicate itself and their best to provide a service free from mistakes and breaks but cannot guarantee a functioning without any interruptions of the site WWW.IMPIUS.PT or any of their functionalities.


IMPIUS reserves the right to withdraw modify or add new functionalities to our service and functioning of the site IMPIUS without any previous notification, being able even to suspend a service or limit the access to the site for any period, to do any improvements, maintenance or repairing.


IMPIUS will not assume any responsibility for any direct or indirect damages outsider of control of IMPIUS or as a result of external force that would prevent IMPIUS from accomplishing their obligations, of any form: energy falls, strikes, damages, fires, floods, non-possibility to send the products, brand or transporter delays.


IMPIUS does not take any responsibility for any abusive situations for user data login by third parties. The login details to user´s account are personal and non-transmittable.


IMPIUS is responsible for any loss or damage suffered in case they do not comply with the obligations within the present Terms and Conditions, or in case of neglect when providing the service.

The proceedings and rules adopted by IMPIUS relating to Personal Data Treatment, collected at navigation and usage of the functionalities of the website www.imopius.pt are elaborated within our Privacy Policy, as well as the security and confidentiality means, that we advise you to read carefully.





All information registers archived in secure conditions by IMPIUS are considered as a proof for orders, payments, deliveries and communication between IMPIUS and the User.  

The present Terms and Conditions, or usage of the services of the website www.impius.pt  or any purchase are regulated by the Portuguese Law.
